Set in the rural interior near Santa Gertrudis, La Granja Ibiza occupies a restored eighteenth century finca where time appears to have taken a thoughtful pause. The thick stone walls and timbered ceilings recall the island before DJs and velvet ropes, while the design favors monastic calm over bohemian cliché. Days unfold around the pool, in vegetable gardens, or at long communal tables where much of the produce comes from the surrounding fields. Evenings glow with candlelight and conversation. Ibiza here feels grounded, fragrant, and refreshingly sincere.
