Maison Revka brings a lavish Slavic mood to 59 avenue Raymond Poincaré, between Place Victor Hugo and Trocadéro. It is not a restaurant built around a star chef’s signature, but around a clear house identity: caviar, fine smoked salmon, lobster and other Slavic inspired dishes served with polish and appetite. The craft is in the handling of noble ingredients and in a menu designed for sharing without losing refinement. The décor is a large part of the appeal. Set in a Gothic style mansion with an Art Nouveau façade, the house unfolds through velvet seating, gilded arches, a fireplace, a library and a garden terrace, all imagined by interior designer Laleh Amir Assefi. Opened in Paris in 2021 as Maison Russe before becoming Maison Revka, it still delivers the same thing very well: spectacle, savoir faire and serious pleasure at the table.
