It is located inside the historic Hotel Villa Irma and operates only four evenings a week, with entrance between 7pm and 8pm, by reservation only. Dishes are served on tasting menus of five, seven or nine courses in a quiet dining room with just a few tables, where chef Claudio Melis himself explains each dish to guests. The atmosphere, in the words of one regular, is like entering a friend's house. With only five tables, book well in advance.
