About

In the Barrio de Analco, one of the oldest quarters of Santa Fe, The Inn of the Five Graces unfolds across a cluster of restored adobe houses that quietly carry centuries of history. From the outside, the setting feels almost restrained, in keeping with the neighborhood’s earth toned simplicity. Inside, restraint disappears entirely. The owners, collectors of Central Asian art and textiles, have shaped each room as a dense, layered composition. Hand carved doors, painted ceilings, and bathrooms set with mosaic and semi precious stone create an atmosphere closer to Samarkand than New Mexico. It is deliberate, immersive, and occasionally overwhelming in the best possible way. Minimalists should look elsewhere. Suites are arranged around intimate courtyards, giving the property a village like rhythm rather than a classic hotel flow. Privacy comes naturally, though you may lose your sense of direction once or twice. That is part of the charm. A hidden passage connects the hotel to The Pink Adobe, a long standing local address where Georgia O’Keeffe was known to dine, adding a subtle cultural layer without turning the place into a shrine. Expect a stay built on contrast: historic adobe shells, exuberant interiors, and a very personal vision of luxury. It asks for a certain openness from the guest, and rewards it generously.
