Restaurant 360 turns dinner in Dubrovnik into an act of precision. Chef Marijo Curić, born and raised in the city, builds his cooking on Dalmatian and Dubrovnik flavors, then sharpens them with classical French technique. The setting does a lot, but not in a cheap postcard way.
