Mariage Frères reopened here in 1983, in the very building tied to its historic offices, turning family history into a retail space with real continuity rather than stage design. Upstairs, the tea room adds ceremony without stiffness. You come for tea, obviously, but stay because the place makes expertise visible, tangible and quietly seductive.
