Public spaces are deliberately broken down into smaller salons and lounges, giving the impression of a private residence scaled up. The Capella Living Room concept works particularly well here, acting as both concierge and social hub without the stiffness of a traditional lobby. Dining follows the same logic. Expect a mix of refined international cuisine and local references, with a clear focus on execution rather than theatrics. It is elegant and consistent, though not yet a destination restaurant in its own right. What to expect: a very well run, design driven urban retreat that favours calm over statement. What not to expect: heritage storytelling or deep historical layers. This is contemporary Taipei, interpreted with precision.
